falling somewhere along the lines of del water gap, the wrecks, mgk, and grayscale, nlftmc channels his inner pop sensibilities rolled in a blanket of rock and a nod to the emo resurgence. depending on what song you tune in to, you will hear something different each go. what caught our attention is his newest single, “ash on the floor”. a short, 2:15 song packed with indie undertones, pop rock moments, and an epic guitar wail finish primed for modern day alt rock radio. with five singles under his belt in 2025 and now this one early in 2026, we can only hope a full length of sorts or a longer form ep are on the horizon and we get more goodies along the lines of “ash on the floor”
