Buffalo native Benny the Butcher is a hip-hop artist who, regionally, is known as a member of the Black Soprano Family collective. His most recent EP, The Plugs I Met, released last month (June 2019), hit the top 10 on the US Heatseekers chart and Benny and team are currently in negotiation with some major labels, which could lead to a bigger, more profound 2020 and beyond. With this EP, collabs with Jadakiss, Pusha T, Eminem, and Benny’s prior engagement with his rap group Griselda, Benny is an artist truly on the rise to superstardom.
